About the Business

Having pioneered the use of BIM/REVIT for a number of years, 3D REVIT and Level 2 BIM is now used on all AWW projects. We have linked our in-house environmental modelling software to our BIM workflow enabling us to generate innovative designs backed by identified cost-effective sustainable opportunities, helping create better performing buildings from the outset.

Our BIM Futures team is currently researching and promoting BIM Level 3, offering a fully integrated and collaborative process, this level of BIM will utilise 4D construction sequencing, 5D cost information and 6D project lifecycle management information.

We are recognised leaders in BIM and our project 66 Queen Square won BIM project application of the year award at the British Construction Industry Awards (BCI) 2014.
